1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of fvrtalent.com, operated by FVR Talent LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("FVR Talent", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Our services

We represent artists and animators who create short-form content, and help brands and agencies run campaigns with them. Information on this site, including roster details, follower counts and partner names, is provided for general information. Follower counts are rounded and taken from each creator's media kit at the time of publishing, and may change.

Sending us an inquiry or an application does not create a contract or a representation relationship. Representation and campaigns start only when both sides sign a written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site.

Sponsored content produced through FVR Talent is disclosed as advertising, in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and the rules of each platform.

3. Fees, payments and refunds

For creators

• There is no fee to apply, sign or stay on the roster. We never charge creators upfront.
• We earn a commission, a percentage agreed in your management agreement, only on deals we bring in or negotiate for you. Deals you agreed before working with us are excluded.
• Because creators pay nothing upfront, there is nothing to refund. If a brand cancels or refunds a campaign, our commission is reduced in proportion to what the creator actually receives.

For brands and agencies

• Campaign fees, deliverables, usage rights and timelines are set out in a written agreement or statement of work for each campaign.
• Unless that agreement says otherwise, campaigns are invoiced 25% on signing and 75% on delivery, payable in U.S. dollars.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the terms of the campaign agreement. As a general rule, if you cancel before production begins, the upfront payment is refunded less any costs already incurred. Once content has been produced, delivered and approved, fees are non-refundable. If we or a creator cannot deliver what was agreed, you will receive a replacement creator or a refund for the undelivered work.

4. No guarantee of results

Views, engagement, sales and earnings depend on many things outside our control, including platform algorithms and audience behavior. Any past results or audience figures shown on this site are not a promise of future results.

5. Content and trademarks

The FVR Talent name, logo and site design belong to FVR Talent LLC. Creator names, likenesses, artwork and media kits belong to the creators and are shown with their permission. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Game titles, characters, logos and brand names shown on this site, including Genshin Impact and its characters (© HoYoverse), are trademarks or copyrighted works of their respective owners. They appear only to identify campaigns our creators have worked on and do not imply that those companies endorse FVR Talent.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email business@fvrtalent.com with the details and we will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.

6. Using this website

Please do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam or harmful code through our forms, trying to access systems you are not authorized to use, or scraping creator information to contact our creators on someone else's behalf.

7. Third-party sites

This site links to services we do not control, such as our Tally intake form and creators' social media channels. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, FVR Talent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant written agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
